This PR brings Daedalus.jl more in line with {daedalus} by allowing infection parameters to be grouped together into an
InfectionDatastruct and passed todaedalus; alternatively, as a string.One issue to note is that running
daedaluswith multiple infection param sets breaks the R_t logging for t = 0.0, which might also break any reactive NPIs, but that's something that can be sorted later.
